Olubukonla is an Associate of the Firm. She attended Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye, Nigeria where she obtained an LL. B Hons in Law in 2007. She is a holder of the prestigious Barrister at Law of the Nigerian Law School, Abuja. In year 2014, she obtained her LL.M (Hons) from the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye. She is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Ijebu Ode Branch.

Her area of operation includes: Legal drafting and review of instruments between company and other parties such as commercial agreements and memorandum of understanding, coordination of litigation, arbitration, negotiation and conciliation, and other legal activities from external solicitors, handling of matters on the properties of the company e.g. management, perfection of title documents, negotiating and coordination of properties acquisition by the company, providing legal, company secretarial services particularly to the board, preparation of legal advice particularly on statutory requirements, codes of best practice, liaison with regulatory authorities e.g. CAC, SEC, etc, representing companies on committees of stakeholders, etc.

Her practice area includes energy and extractive sector, foreign investment, litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, and capital markets.
