Uzoamaka graduated from the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State, Nigeria, in 2010, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2013. She joined the firm in 2013 after her law school before proceeding for her National Service. She had her pupilage at Ogun and Ekiti States respectively.

Upon completion of her national youth service, she proceeded to work with Boasslegal, a law firm with diverse interest in the legal practice and the corporate world where she rose to handle the firm’s corporate and commercial clients. She returned to Alpha Law Firm in 2019.

She is an associate of the Institute of Strategic Management and a student member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria. Uzoamaka is a team player, a Dispute Resolution Specialist, who is ready to work with minimal supervision and can sustain herself under pressure. Uzoamaka is gaining considerable/necessary experience in areas covered by the firm’s specialization. A passionate corporate lawyer and always willing to learn.
